Suggest Treatment For Ovary Pain

i have had pains in my ovaries for 3 days had my period for 3 weeks straight had a breast reduction and now going on 5 weeks without my period negative pergnancy test and had an ultrasound and now i know for sure I"m not pregnant what could be wrong with me

I'm only 21 and had my first child 7 months ago
