Suggest Treatment For Overheating Of The Body With Sweating

My husband has had a problem with overheating since he was a young teenager. He was not overweight at that time. He sweats with no exertion. He has to have the air conditioner set to 66 degrees with a fan blowing on him when he is in the house. It is uncomfortable for me to have it so cold in the home. Can you tell me what can be wrong with his body not able to cool.
