Suggest Treatment For Pain Above Hip After An Injury

a couple of years ago i fell playing football, i landed on the left side of my lower back, just above my hip. its in an awkward area, just above the glutes.
i can walk and run with no problems, but tend to feel the pain every time after playing football. I love playing the sport and cant give it up... but i wanna be pain free.

Will this pain ever go away? if so how can i get rid of it..?
