General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A spinal surgeon or neurophysician can help you and suggest a way to relieve you. A physiotherapist would teach you specific exercises to over take pain slowly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
