Suggest Treatment For Pain After Fracture Of Fibula

Hello, I had a spiral fracture of the fibula at ankle level 5 days ago and the pain is terrible still....... I am i a cast up to the knee and the foot is in 45º position and a little inward looking, what can I do to ease the pain? I thought by now it would be less or at least more tolerable....
