Suggest Treatment For Pain After Getting Electrocuted

Hi I had to get into a wishing well filled with water and remove a ladder after putting up Christmas lights someone plugged n the wire. I was then shocked and I started screaming. At the time I didn t feel any pain but about 4 hours later I felt pain in my left arm the side I was holding the ladder with most and in my chest region. Is this normal after being shocked or should I head to the ER
