Suggest Treatment For Pain After Nailing Technique In Fracture Site

i met with an accident 2 years back,fractured my right leg both tibia & fibula.got it operated by nailing technique .i had recovered fully but now i am again feeling the pain at the fracture site and also knee joint.i am not able to fully flex my leg and feel pain while i squat or sit crossed leg.kindly advise as how to tackle this problem.thanks
