Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bleeding Ear

I used easy off cleaner on my oven and thought nothing of it. A day later I felt something wierd on my ear and vaguely remembered touching it while I was cleaning and it stinging. When I went to look at it there was a yellow gash on the love, it hurt and looked kind of weepy. Two days on it looks a bit worse and is bleeding. Is it possible I am still reacting to it and destroying my skin on the inside. I am now on vacation, away from my doc and a bit concerned but not enough to go to the er. What should I be doing if anything?
