General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, symptoms can be due to any other systemic arthritis or osteoarthritis. A DEXA scan for Osteoporosis and T score may be needed. Autoimmune profile may also be needed. A rheumatologist review can be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
