Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bruising In The Clavicle Area

I recently had discomfort in my clavicle area. Mostly where it connects by the sternum and where it connects at the shoulder. I feel discomfort when leaning on it in bed or when I sit down and have my arm in certain positions. This has been going on for over a month. Now I'm starting to see bruising in the area. I have made an appointment with my doc but figured I'd ask around.
