Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning In Buttocks After Injury

I have a rod in my right femur from sking accident since 1998, here lately I have been hurting above the right buttock and burning feel in inter and front of right thigh to the point of touching and even clothing touching it makes it feel like burning as if bad sun burn. What could be causeing this?
