Suggest Treatment For Pain And Cramps During Periods

My 13 year old daughter has very painful periods, she takes a prescription medication to help control pain. A few times she s had bad cramps while running when her period is over due. This week she s having cramps again while running at school. Should she stop running or what could the cause of this be?

this is quite normal during early phases of cycle,take a anti. spasmodic 2 days before and 3 days after period and get a USG done
