Suggest Treatment For Pain And Dent In Lower Back Along With Numb Body

Hi doctor, I have a bad lower back pain due to s shaped chair. My body feels numb and I have a dent in my lower back. I am finding it difficult to sleep with the pain. Currently taking ibruprofen. I also do excerise daily to reduce the pain. Will the dent in my lower back go ? How can i get better sleep ? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, the swelling or dent that you have at back side may not be any disease but it could some lipoma and it may not give any symptoms here the symptoms could be due muscular spasm try to maintain good posture Tab Chlorzoxazone can be tried hope this information helps.
