Suggest Treatment For Pain And Discomfort In The Ribs

I I have pain and discomfort in my right side under my ribs above the waistline,also there are times when I get blooded and is hard to breathe deep, my right arm hurts more in the shoulder but it goes down to my whole arm it gets to bother my right side of the neck and when is worse my brain gets foggy like if I don t get enough oxygen. Some time feels as if I have un allergic reaction but most of the time the problem is tolerable and occasionally gets worse in a moment and I feel as if is the end of my life
