Suggest Treatment For Pain And Irritation In Vaginal Area

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have pain in my lower abdomen.was on antibiiotics and pain killer since last ten days. Without painkiller it is difficult to deven get up. Since last two days I am experiencing severe irritation and pain on labia and vaginal region. The portion is reddened and I feel severe burning pain and itching. I got my blood test and urine test done today. PH is 6. However there is RBC 3-5 and WBC 1-2. Presense of pus cells/epithelial cells is also indicated.I am afraid whether it is cancer or just urine infectionor infection of urinary tract or bladder.Doctor has advised me about antifungal bactarial course and also for my husband. However she did not address the situation that the pain which I was suffering din my lower abdomen and for which I was taking antibiotics and painkiller shows no sign of improvement. Please advise. My thyroid was normal TSH 5,T3 & T4 normal.Sonography was normal. Please advise what to do next.?
