Suggest Treatment For Pain And Muscle Stiffness Due To Disc Protrusion

Hi I just had a MRI and they found I have c5- c6 central and right paramedian broad base disc protrusion with slight flattening of right ventral lateral surface of the cord. I am a 49 year old women and the pain is every min of the day down my arms in my shoulders,neck, stiffness in my muscles I can go on on. I can't move it hurts so bad. Anyway who should I go to and what can be done about this. Thank you Helene
