Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In Hands And Fingers After Spinal Injury

I had a rear end collision, and have never recovered with my back problem, now the MRI is showing serve spinal Stenosis and a bulge in my disk , prior to the collision 18 years ago I was told I have mild ddd but never had any problem , since the accident i suffer with chronic pain , hands and fingers that are numb and serve lower back pain. Can this accident have caused this problems .

we would need to know the levels of spinal stenosis and disc bulges to co relate you symptoms

the cause for that can be degenerative or the accident as well can not be told with certainty.
