Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In The Knee

Hi i slipped last nite on fell an banged my knee on the floor. Its quite painful. Can stil walk on it slighty but its really sore. Has pains in it an feels slightly numb and feels tingly sometimes .my leg feels hot and cold off it an am getting pins and needles .its the bottom of my knee closer to the inner part of leg .do i need to go to a hospital or just rest it ?
