Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure In Arm

I've been having problems with my left arm. It started in the forearm and left hand. When I would shower and bend over the blood would rush down my left arm to my hands and would cause pain and pressure. Now the pain has moved up my arm and underneath near my armpit and right now from my left hand up it's cold..My right arm feels normal and warm.
