Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure In My Chest
Ive been smoking crystal meth on and off for about 7 months now. When I smoke now I sometimes feel pressure and pain to the left side of my chest, especially around my heart. What does this mean? Its only been a few months Ive been smoking, but I do have alot of gas when I smoke due to my binge alcohol drinking.
You are mentioning gas problem... So if you have chronic constipation then yes chest pain can occur.... So for it more water intake ....with fruits more. Fiber food like whole grain , wheat bran taken.... Fiber supplement useful... Avoid gas forming food like cabbage , cauliflower , onion etc....
Second if you have cough also with chest pain then bronchitis also has to be ruled out... Chest x ray useful for it.... If needed for detail respi examination then spirometry done....
Finally to rule out cardiac cause ECG or echo done....
With keeping this in mind consult physician for your detail examination and accordingly investigation...
Hope your concern solved...
Take care....
