Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure In The Chest

I was pushing myself to get the mowing done before dark. After finishing, I came in the house, drank a large cup of water. I was feeling exilorated from the exercise, but tired. Minutes later, my pulse got so rapid, it was hard to breath. There was aching and burning. and pressure in my chest. I got very hot, then very cold and shivery. I felt really bad for hours. Next day I was better but it all comes back to a lesser degree when I exercise. I am 54, female, thin, active and fit. I also have Thallassemia Minor, which makes me permanently anemic. Please help. Thank-you

HI
Well come to HCM
Because of the anemia such symptoms may be likely and better to get done the hemoglobin test if this is low then avoid the exercise, more over it is equally important to get done the EKG test, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
