Suggest Treatment For Pain And Pressure In The Hand

I ve had this pain in my left arm since I went to my doctor for my year checkup , the blood pressure cuff was really tight on my hand it pumped up there times to getting a reading and each time it seem to get tighter. and after my visit I was gone for 4 weeks and it not any better

Thanks for the query.
The episode seems to be some mechanical defect in the BP apparatus or it's tying.
The pressure on hand for a considerable time must have caused pressure on soft tissue & nerve fibers in hand, causing the symptoms. Rest to the hand, cold /hot fomentation/ anti inflammatory pill like Ibuprofen 400 mg , taken after food relieve it in few days.
If not you need examination & investigations for finding other causes of hand pain.( nerve problem due to nerve pressure at spinal, cervical spine/ shoulder or elbow region.)Please consult your doctor.
