Suggest Treatment For Pain And Redness In Eyes

I have chronic inflammation of my eyes because of an active immune system. My eyes are red and the pain is intense. What can I do. I ve seen two eye doctors with no help, can you recommend a doctor in live in New York or advise a treatment. I m at my wits end. Sheila E.

it is autoimune disorder can be treated with steroid drop or ointment. preferably dexamethasone should be used. it has to be tapered.
