Suggest Treatment For Pain And Restlessness In Arms And Legs

I have had flank pain for almost 3 years now, have been sent down the bladder route but I think I may have AS. Recently my arms and legs have been aching and restless, particularly at night and I wake up with a stiff back and tight ankles/calves which after a while eases. I am also extremely tired all of the time, almost to the point of crying. I have tried to get a doctors appointment but they are always fully booked. Do I really have to pay to get answers? S
