Suggest Treatment For Pain And Restricted Movements At Ankle Joint
I have had a serious ankle problem for the past week or two. It is getting to the point where I can't stand on it, or even get up without having that sharp pain. It feels like it is located on my ankle and in between my achellies tendon. I cant move it up and down without pain.
