Suggest Treatment For Pain And Sensitivity On The Left Temple Area

Hello ive had a pain in my left temple for over a week its sensitive to touch i feel as if something is moving under the skin on the left side of my forehead i have had surgery twice to repair a hole in my sinus wich led to me contracting meningitis 3 times on close inspection of the area it seems as though my skull has shifted i think its where a cut in my skull may have been made as ther is a distinct line that wasnt ther before hand
