Suggest Treatment For Pain And Soreness In Tailbone After A Fall

i play womans football (im a teenager myself) and i constantly put strain on my tailbone. the other day i fell out of bed and landed on said tailbone. now whenever i move or turn a certain way, pain shoots from that spot and through my leg to my ankle. otherwise it goes numb. right now my tailbone is also very sore. any suggestions on what happened? or what i can do to fix it?
