Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Feet And Arms
Hi
I have had sore elbows and knees for a while now. Have had various
blood tests one for RA but all came back negative. I now have aching
in my arms and legs and stabbing pains and stiffness and this also affects my feet and hands. It is worse at night when lying down or if I sit for a while. I am also so tired I have to lay down at lunch time. I'm 63 and retired, before this i was a healthy fit person. I walk my dogs twice a day. This is starting to get me down, I have no get up and go.
And where I used to be interested in my garden, I just don't have
the energy to go out and see to it.
I welcome your advice.
