Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Lower Back

I have lower back pain and have had for some time. my lower back aches when i sit stand laydown or walk for long period . i get sever pain in my lower spine when i bend backwards or forward and . my back also stiffens up and i have to crack it atleast 2 a day, however this doesnot not relieve the pain and the cracking can be quite server at times and slightly painful.
