Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In Shoulder
hi there im suffering from a right shoulder pain its very stiff when trying to move and very painful ive had a steroid injection in this shoulder 18 months ago. last week I was suffering from the same pain in my left shoulder and also was given a steroid injection for that in my left shoulder. then all of a sudden ive got really bad pain in right shoulder more or less just appear for no reason. can you recommend a pain relief thx daren

From history it seems that you might be having osteo-artheritis of shoulder joint producing peri-artheritis of shoulder joint.
Go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy regularly.
