Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stiffness In The Joint

I have been having pain and stiffness in my finger joints, elbow and shoulder but only on the left side of my body. It has been slowly getting worse and I don t have a lot of strength when gripping things with that hand. Could it just been arthritis associated with my age? I m 46

I believe it can be arthritis or ostheoartritis. You should do a x-ray of the affected joint and ANA antibodies.
