Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling Above The Eyelid After An Injury

i am 27, 172 cm and weigh 75kg with no medical problems. I was playing Football with a few friends when i collided with one of them, during the collision my friends elbow had hit my left frontal bone the one that is around the eye. during the collision everything was white for a quick second and it had swelled a bit. The next day there was a slighlty purple bruise just above my eyelid, a small swelling on the place i was hit in and the 3-4 days after that the swelling is gone and so has the bruise everything seems normal, but i still feel a slight pain when i touch the bone in the area i was hit in. I've recently have gotten a headache yesterday and today. Should i see a doctor or should i just keep icing the area?
