Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Arm

hi,my name is Tebogo,i am 27 yrs old,my arm became painful last week saturday,it was a bit solen then i took cataflam,the swelling became better but it was still painfull and the fingers were numb and had needle pricks. recenlty the pain has stoped but i am still feeling the needle pricks,please help
