Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Back

i have back pain
and its swollen as if i remember i didnt met with any accidents but i have my own company and i work at a stretch for long hours. that pain now even shifted to my right hand
its so paining. i consulted doctor. he gave me medicines. but no much difference. pl help
