Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Collarbone

While i was in the shower i noticed the right side of my collarbone was very sore so when i got out i checked it out and it is noticeably swollen. It is very tender and i have not hit myself on anything and it has just appeared. It doesnt hurt to move or anything but it is very sore to the touch
