Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In My Knee

i have an accident in year 2001 and got breakage of my left knee ligament, i dont have proble while walking but i cant run, i got a loose joint, while i run or walk fast my joint slips, further i has to go to the physiotherapist for setting of joint, he sets it up but the pain and swelling continues. i need remedy for this but i can't get operated because my family members fear of it, please tell me some herbal remedy for this my age is now 31 years and weight is 112 kgs.
