Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Testicle
Hi! I'm 30 years old. Since 3 weeks I have small pain and swelling in the left testicle. And veins around the left testicle also swelling. If I touch gently it gives pain. One day lifted one heavy item without wearing tied underwear. after that this problem starts. I took amoxilin 500mg every 8hours for 5 days. It has been reduced small but still testicle and veins are swelling. What should i do for this without visiting a doctor?

Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
?Left VAricocel / or could from accompanied hernia-as it exacerbated after heavy lifting.
This is the reason why it did not respond to antibiotic treatments.
Remedy-
Get it assessed from your Surgeon / Uro-Surgeon.
Get doppler and usg study of the Scrotum left and right.
After needful tests and physical assesment of your case, needful surgery would be done by Urologist- who would plan -Microvascular Varicocelectomy if needed / or inguinal hernia repair or both as the case may need it.

Swelling of the testicle and veins too can be due to orchitis as you have pain also.
Your weight lifting increasing the pain can be due to the same.
I would advise you the following:
Get a color Doppler and ultrasonography done to ascertail the cause.
Send samples for tests of blood and urine.
Get started a proper antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines under the care of an Urologist.
