Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In The Face

HI.I got punched in the face about a month ago and got a bad black eye.There is also a small dent in my face,THe swelling and pain is gone but the area below my eye is still a little sensitive,there is also a slight dent and still some noticable discoloration ,not to bad ,its just like it stopped healing.my upper right teeth below my cheekbone is also a little tingly and numb.I was wondering how long this would take to heal -Caleb

As far as the pain and swelling in the face is concerned it can be because of the fractured bone. Nothing to be panic consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it evaluated. You need to get the radiographs done to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed we can treat accordingly. I hope I have answered your query Take care
