General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to knee injury/spot injury, bursitis.
A trauma to the knee's bones, ligaments, tendons, bursae, meniscus, or articular cartilage can cause pain and swelling.
Injury can cause blood to flood into the knee joint, leading to significant swelling, warmth, stiffness, and bruising.
I would suggest to consult orthopedic surgeon and undergo examination, chest x ray, MRI if needed
Following treatment will help you
Tablet diclofenac plus serritopeptidase
Prescribed antibiotic if suspected infection
Apply warm pad application
Wear knee cap
Ultrasonic wave therapy and exercise according to physiotherapist
Take rest till the symptoms goes off
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
