Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling In Toe Joint

The top of my left foot feels bruised and the big toe joint and right side of my right foot have felt bruised for 4 days and its very painful to walk. I had a reaction from an antibiotics just prior to the bruised feeling and minor swelling around my feet. It has been since last Friday. This minor swelling and extreme pain when I walk just wont go away.
