Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling On Little Toe

i dropped a large brick on my little toe it is somewhat painful and it is red and swollen it also has a burning feeling across the little toe and the one next to it and a small portion of the top of my foot. i am 31 6'0 and weigh 260lbs. i have never had any major medical issues.
