Suggest Treatment For Pain And Swelling On The Knees

I m 61, 5 6 tall, male, 194lbs.,...what do these symptoms suggest....painful swollen knees and legs, discomfort in lower back, painful thighs when walking for a little bit, legs quickly tired, high heart rate of 86 to 105, often cold legs and feet, blood pressure normal to the upper range of normal, sometimes chills even though the temperature justifies use of the air conditioner for normal comfort, sometimes sinus headaches. This is confusing and annoying as I ve been generally healthy most of my life.

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your swelling needs a physical evaluation as it can be cellulitis or related to heart disease. It’s recommended for you to consult a physician personally for proper physical evaluation and treatment.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
