Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tenderness On The Toe

Hi there, I have pain in my middle toes, it painful to walk on and very tender when try to massage them, I do lots of walking in the course of a day as part of my job, it s been an on going issue for a few months but had recently been ok, however the last couple of days it s come back

Hi,

Please check your uric acid, as these symptoms are seem be because of high uric acid. Till then give hot pack, apply diclofenac gel, take over the counter painkillers.
