Suggest Treatment For Pain And Tingling Feeling On The Upper Neck Area

I have a problem with my upper neck dics, I been having pain but also kind o fNumbness and tingling feeling, as well as pain that goes up my head, I was told it is the disc and the arthritis, but i had back problems before and never experience nothing like this, should I worry?

Hi,
from history it seems that there might be having some degenerative changes in cervical spine giving pinched nerve pressure giving this problem.
go for x-ray cervical spines.
After report go for physiotherapy, cervical traction and short way diathermy.
Ok and take care.
