Suggest Treatment For Pain Around Back, Groin And Thighs

Hi, last two days I have been having a internal fever,feel really achey and hot inside body,but when I checked my temperature,it was normal,is quite painfull around my back,lover back,groin and tights,paracetamol is not working,is there any treatment for it?thank u for help
