Suggest Treatment For Pain At The Side Of Vagina

Hi , I am 38 yrs in age , I have miscarried my first pregnancy at the age of 34 and now again I am pregnant by 6weeys and 04 days , two days back I was scanned and found the gest sac of age 4 weeks 3 days but no fetal pole and heartbeat detected . in the serum Beta HCG test done on 02.04.15 the level was 10041 mIU /ml and when repeated on 07.04.15 the level is 12812 mIU/ml . Now I have some pain at the side portion of vagina . Kindly suggest if the pregnancy will be safe ?
