General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

AKT 4 contains Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide and Ethambutol that is an antibiotic agent belongs to the group of medications known as antitubercular medications is used in the treatment of tuberculosis by killing TB organisms. But like other medications this medication has some side effects of its own. Side effects of this medication are sleep disturbances, headache, muscle cramps or tightness, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dark coloured urine, changes in eye sight, peripheral neuropathy, jaundice and many more. But these side effects are mild and usually go away over time as the body adjusts to this medication. But if these side effects persist for long or bother you then you should consult your doctor first for medical help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
