Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Knee

I have very heavy swollen legs and especially just below the knee. My knees are swollen as well and they feel stiff. I am on warfarin for AF so cannot take anti-inflammatories. I am taking Lasix diuretic tablets 40mg. a day.
what else can I use ? Lorraine
