Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Little Finger

hello, i have accute pain below my right pinky.i slept with pressure on my pinky (pressured toward the hand) a few nights. It has been a little sore off and on for a couple months but nothing major. I woke up sunday with soreness in my hand just below my pinky & on the side of my hand just below my pinky. the pain came only when i moved that part of the hand and finger. it has become very painful during movement and now hurts when i dont move it. it is swollen area below pinky, side, knuckle, and pinky itself. the area is warm. i have hit my hand but not majorly, but really hurts if it is touched slightly.
