Suggest Treatment For Pain Below Shoulder Blade While Breathing

I have pancreas divisum spincter if oddi. I am 54 126 lbs and 5'6. I have had gall bladder removed. I have had pancreatic attacks before and blockage of panc duct but never felt this severe back pain inside and esp right below right shoulder blade and esp when I breathe and it is starting to radiate up right side of neck
